- Acts as a lead for machine, equipment and tool maintenance and repair; works individually with limited supervision.
- Actively seeks opportunities to streamline and improve all production activities across all functional teams in a collaborative manner.
- Follows in-process inspection procedures, checks quality of work visually, and verifies inspections by completing records.
- Able to work occasional overtime or support critical issues when needed.
- Escalates barriers and issues immediately to supervisor and necessary support functions.
- Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment.
- Knowledge and experience in general maintenance procedures.
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and programs per company policies.
- This could include but is not limited to lockout/tagout, fall protection and any other safety procedures necessary to complete the work assignment safely.

Requirements:

- Two-year technical degree preferred, with 5+ years of experience in repairing and maintenance
