About Caddiebot!2000
Caddiebot!2000 is dedicated to good times on the golf course. Starting with Transfusion and Water Hazard, we're building a brand to be #1 in golf bags and in every cart in America. Incubated out of Downeast Cider House, we're based in East Boston — home to our cider house, office, taproom, and seasonal outdoor bar.
Suits need not apply.
Why Join?
Pay That Respects Your Time: $25/hour plus mileage, for work that happens at golf courses, bars, and festivals rather than an office.
A Schedule That Fits Around Your Life: About 20 hours a month, mostly nights and weekends. It works alongside a class schedule, a full-time job, or whatever else your week already looks like.
Culture & Camaraderie: Access to company-wide and department events, including Company Day, the annual Holiday Party, and Bagel Friday.
The Perks: A cider stipend. Lots of cider. How big is your fridge?
No Experience? We'll Train You.
You don't need beverage or promo experience to do this job. We'll teach you the products, the setup, and how a great sampling runs. What we can't teach is being the kind of person strangers enjoy talking to — that part you bring.
The Mission
Brand Ambassadors are Caddiebot!2000 in western Massachusetts. You're the person introducing golfers to a drink named after a robot, and your mission is to make that introduction count — at golf courses, stores, bars, and festivals across your home territory. Most people decide how they feel about a brand in about thirty seconds of meeting it. You're the thirty seconds.
What an Event Looks Like
You load your gear and product, drive to the venue (on our mileage dime), and set up your station. For the next few hours, you're pouring Transfusions and Water Hazards, answering the question "what is that robot," and making the sampling experience one people won't forget — we really mean it. You break down, log how it went, and head home. That's the job. It happens where people are already having a good time, and you're the reason it gets slightly better.
What You'll Do
Run Great Events: Execute high-quality events and demos at golf courses, local stores, bars, and festivals.
Be the Brand: Sample Transfusions and Water Hazards, answer product questions, and engage directly with customers — enthusiasm is the whole job.
Own Your Kit: Manage the gear and product for your demos and brand events, and keep it organized between them.
Who You Are
Fun as hell. This is a real requirement and we're keeping it.
Great with strangers. You've got a track record of excellent customer service, and talking to people you've never met energizes you rather than drains you.
Organized. Events run on logistics — gear, product, timing — and yours run smoothly.
Reliable. When you're on the schedule, you show up, because the event happens whether you do or not.
What You Need
Must be at least 21 years old (required for alcohol sampling events).
Reliable access to a vehicle.
Availability for nights and weekends.
One More Thing
After you apply, we'll send you a short Wonderlic assessment. Everyone who applies takes it — it's part of the process, not a trap. If you're going to complete it, apply. If you're not, this saves us both an email.
How to Apply
Submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why this post speaks to you. Drop the formal stuff and give it to us straight — why you? Do not "to whom it may concern" us. We mean it.
Unfiltered Hiring
We like to hire the way we like our cider: unfiltered. With the understanding that we can learn and grow from each other's differences, we are proud to hire regardless of gender, race, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age, or anything else that makes us who we are.
