The Beer/Food Trailer Server at Wrentham Outlets plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service at the Wrentham Outlets by efficiently managing food and beverage orders in a fast-paced outlet environment. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, collaborating with team members, and supporting the set-up and break-down of service areas. Great opportunity for college students or someone looking for extra income. Servers work less than 10 hours per day; up to 30 hours per week in team of 2-3 individuals during peak days. This is a tip salary position with the potential to earn up to $25/hour based on sales and service.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Serve Beer and Wine
- Prepare a variety of wine cocktails
- Prepare a small menu of food items promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Set up and break down service stations as required
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in food service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of E-Tips (Required)
- ServSafe (optional)
- Familiarity with food safety protocols
- Experience operating POS systems
- Strong customer communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Team-oriented with attention to detail
- Ability to work alone on certain days
