Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify and evaluate students’ mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.
- Deliver tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or motivational interviewing, to address specific needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that articulate specific treatment goals, interventions, and monitoring strategies, ensuring ongoing progress evaluation with students and families.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of educators, school psychologists, and other health professionals to create a holistic approach to student care.
- Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure the well-being of students in acute situations.
- Serve as an advocate for students, connecting them and their families with essential community resources and offering comprehensive case management support.
- Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness in local schools and neighborhoods, thereby reducing stigma associated with seeking help.
