Warehouse Administrator 2nd shift– Ayer, MA

Catania Oils, a fourth-generation, family-owned business with 125 years of excellence in the edible oils industry, is looking for a passionate and driven Warehouse Administrator to join our second shift team. What You’ll Do
- Maintains reliable and consistent attendance record.
- Provides a positive example of leadership.
- Collaborates with the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor to implement new processes and procedures.
- Checks in Drivers for customer pickups.
- Processes customer pick tickets and BOL’s for daily shipments within ERP system.
- Communicates with other departments, such as, Customer Service, Quality, and Production to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Scans/files completed BOL’s for invoicing.
- Assists and participates in mandatory physical inventory as required.
- Processes transfer-trailer documentation as needed.
- Is available for periodic overtime or weekend work as needed.
- Helps maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
Requirements:
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 1 year in warehousing or logistics administration.
- Experience with ERP systems.
