Project Controller Key Responsibilities:
\n

- Lead project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and profitability analysis.
- Own WIP reporting, revenue recognition, monthly close support, and project cash flow forecasting.
- Partner with project managers to develop budgets, validate estimates, and drive informed financial decision-making.
- Monitor project performance, identify cost overruns and margin risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level dashboards to leadership.
- Improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, and ERP utilization while supporting integration efforts tied to company growth and acquisitions.

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or project accounting experience, preferably within construction, electrical contracting, or a project-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project financial management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and project management platforms with integrated job-costing functionality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with operations and executive leadership.
