Key Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Oversee the accounts payable function and provide support in a high-volume AP environment
- Manage and execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare, review, and upload financial reports and supporting schedules
- Review purchase requisition coding and assist with system tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Partner closely with the Accounting Manager and department leadership to provide financial analysis and operational support

Qualifications\n
- \n
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including high-volume accounts payable and month-end close responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with inventory accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually\n
