Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of our Worcester office to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
Coach and develop a team of sales agents by providing actionable feedback and identifying growth opportunities.
Cultivate new business partnerships and represent The Atlantic District within the local Massachusetts community.
Analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve our competitive edge.
Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture where everyone feels encouraged to contribute their best work.
Work closely with leadership to set ambitious yet achievable goals for the district.
Requirements
Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License.
Five or more years of experience in insurance sales and leadership.
Strong understanding of insurance underwriting guidelines and regional market trends.
Proven track record of mentoring teams and hitting production targets.
Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems.
Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
