Customer Service Representative
Advanced Imaging is among New England’s leading manufacturers for large format printing, fabrication, and installation services for the visual display market. Our company works with some of the most recognizable corporations, Ad Agencies, Retailers, and Museums to produce high-impact graphics, fabrication, and installation services.
Currently we have a Customer Service position open. This consists of but not limited to:
Data entry: utilize internal data base system and spreadsheets to create work order instructions for each project. Pre-flight files using applications such as Photoshop, In-design, and Illustrator, to ensure all information provided by the client is accurate.
Manage communication between clients, our sales team, production staff, and outside vendors to supply all parties withup-to-date information on the status of projects.
Help sales reps with technical concerns by answering questions from the client and addressing concerns flagged by pre-press technicians.
Assisting in production and quality control.
Research and acquire samples of new materials and processes for sales and clients, plus maintain sample inventory.
Check on existing inventory to ensure adequate supply and availability of materials for upcoming projects; work with purchaser to order additional materials as needed.
Requirements are as follows: Personable, enthusiastic, goal orientated, organized, demonstrates solid work ethic and extremely detail orientated. Must work well with others, and flourish in a fast-paced environment. Experience in similar industry a plus.
