Massachusetts Mini Golf encourages the submission of existing and newly created courses through the Course Casting Call to ultimately become part of the 2026 Massachusetts Mini Golf Fall Season Tour.

Role Description
\n
The role of a Sales Rep consists of sales using the Eventbrite Organizer App.
\n
\n
The role of a Course Rep is to facilitate Course Matchups using spreadsheets.
\n
\n
The expectations are to facilitate and complete sales of created courses for submission to the course casting call database (info collected during checkout).
\n
\n
You will also sell tickets for players for the Spring Season Tour. This allows for players to play all courses in the database for $250.
\n
\n
You will receive 50% of sales of created courses for the Course Casting Call (recorded in the Eventbrite Organizer App on a page with your name) and $25 for each sale of Fall Season Tour (also recorded in Eventbrite Organizer App by us adding your name next to the $250 ticket).
\n
\n
We have flyers you can print to assist you with explaining the process, and you can work any # of flexible hours whenever you’d like (as you are on 100% commission).
\n
\n
I can provide mini golf balls, but it is up to you to have a putter (you can improvise!) and to create a target area as a hole.
\n
\n

- Qualifications
- Eventbrite Organizer App experience preferred
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Engagement abilities
- Organization and Time-Management skills for managing client relationships and meeting targets
- A proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is beneficial
