Compensation
- Expected end-of-year earnings: $150,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Compensation:
$150,000 + OTE
Responsibilities:
- Recruit sales associates by building industry relationships
- Share the organization’s value proposition and growth opportunities with prospective and current associates
- Oversee and support training programs for new and experienced associates
- Lead sales and business meetings focused on team development
- Set goals, plan, and support the career growth of sales associates
- Research local competition and implement strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct performance reviews and offer coaching and guidance to associates
Communications/Interactions
- Sales Associates: Set goals, plan, train, and develop careers – daily
- Lead Generation of Sales Associates: To join the company – daily/weekly
- Buyers/Sellers/Vendors: When issues arise – as needed
