We are currently hiring an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Leadership Team.
This person will manage the CEO’s calendar and correspondence, coordinate meetings and travel, and carry out a range of administrative and project management tasks that help the CEO and Leadership Team achieve the Agency’s mission and goals. This position requires innovation, strong organizational and technology skills, exceptional attention to detail, sound discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Schedule and pay:
Monday- Friday, 9a-5p: 34 hours/ week plus unpaid one-hour lunch daily- one work day will be one hour shorter than the other 4 days. The range for the hourly rate is 27.51 to 35.86 per hour.

- Ability to collaborate, take initiative, provide/ receive feedback.
- Innovation.
- Associate's degree required, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant role or an equivalent position.
- Ability to work independently, professionally, and to multitask. Excellent organizational skills, time management, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent computer skills required, including MS Office 365.
- Excellent in-person and written communication skills.
- Experience with handling sensitive information, including maintaining confidentiality.
