The Greenfield Recorder is seeking a full-time customer service representative with inside sales experience. In this role, you will help us build and maintain friendly relationships with local business owners over the phone and on-line. Your main focus will be reaching out to new potential clients, answering questions, and sharing how our advertising services can help their businesses grow. You will also manage our on-line job portal and work closely with our team and clients to accurately publish local ads, legal notices, town warrants, and obituaries in the paper.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' customer service experience, preferably over the phone, strong organizational skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to help customers and colleagues. Extensive training offered.

We offer competitive pay, paid vacation, personal days and benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as a 401K. The hours are 8-5, Monday - Friday.
