Electro Mechanical Technician
Boston, MA (On-site)

Client is looking for an experienced Electro Mechanical - Multivac Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be supporting the Technical & Engineering department on the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of the organization's food processing equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities:
Start up of lines and machinery: commissioning of lines and machinery, carry out the assembly of production lines and machinery and participate in the installation of new machinery.
Inspect and perform repairs & maintenance on food industry machinery: machinery includes processing & production equipment, Multivac machine, thermoformed and thermosealed.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Perform corrective maintenance.
Key Aspects:
Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records.
Able to work the second shift.
Able to be on call as required.
Requirements:
Experience with machinery and/or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn the equipment and facilities to be maintained.
Able to be on call, as required.
Second shift availability (3:00pm - 11:00pm / initial training 12:00pm - 8:00pm)
