Job Description

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Class A CDL Regional Truck Drivers. Recent CDL graduates are welcome to apply, making this a great opportunity to start a driving career with hands-on training and support. This role involves transporting freight across the Eastern Seaboard region while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Job Details

100% no-touch dry van freight
Regional lanes covering the Eastern Seaboard
Drivers with less than 6 months of experience will run with a trainer for 4-6 weeks
Bi-weekly home time: out 12 days, home 2 days
Paid one-day orientation at the hub closest to the driver's residence
Day and night shifts available
Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,500 miles

Compensation & Benefits

$1,200 to $1,400 per week
$0.55 to $0.65 per mile, based on experience
$15 per stop pay
Trainees earn $650+ per week during the training period (differs per state)
Safety bonus of $0.06 per mile for an incident-free record and 7 mpg fuel efficiency
Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 training hours
At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
Cannot have been terminated from most recent employer
No DUIs within the past 5 years; no felonies or misdemeanors within the past 10 years
Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained employment gaps outside of school or training
Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen
