Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate: $24-$26/hr.
Location:Beverly MA 01915
Shift: M-F 8am – 5pm
**Job Summary:
**
The focus regarding this position will be to assist the customer service team in their day-to-day activities. Including but not limited to entering quotes, entering orders, order checking, expediting, and other administrative tasks.
**Essential Functions:

Provide accurate and on times quotes to the assigned customer base (book pricing/contract

pricing/special pricing).

Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Customer Service
-
Supervisor of any problems that may arise.

Order entry and change order/ schedule management.

Ensure that all processes and procedures are complete and quality standards are met.

Provide two-way communication between client and team, to promote strong team
-
representation.

Provide outstanding customer service.

Other related administrative and customer service duties as required.

Process expedites requests with planning team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- 1-3 years’ experience.
