Job Description

Immediate Short-Term Opportunity

Meridian Global Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable, outgoing, and energetic individuals to assist with a special marketing project distributing flyers throughout designated areas.

This is a temporary project expected to last a minimum of two (2) days, with the possibility of additional days depending on the number of flyers being distributed and overall project needs.

Pay Rate: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Approximately 6 hours per day
Project Duration: Minimum 2 days; additional days may be available based on project needs

Responsibilities:

Distribute marketing flyers throughout assigned locations and high-traffic areas
Professionally engage with the public and provide basic information about the opportunity being promoted
Follow assigned distribution routes and project instructions
Ensure marketing materials are distributed efficiently throughout designated areas
Represent the company in a professional, positive, and approachable manner
Provide progress updates to the project manager

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and communication skills
Outgoing, professional, and comfortable approaching and engaging with people
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors
Ability to work independently and follow assigned routes
Previous experience in sales, customer service, promotions, brand ambassador work, canvassing, or flyer distribution is strongly required
Must be available to work all required days
Social Media experience a plus
