Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative
Location: Merrimack / Manchester / Nashua – Southern NH]
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $38,000 – $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission (Realistic first-year On-Target Earnings $65,000 – $80,000+)
Plus: $1,000 – $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days)

We’re growing fast and need 10 motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team immediately. You’ll make outbound and inbound calls, email prospects, build relationships, and close deals from the comfort of our office. This is a true career opportunity with clear paths to higher earnings, outside sales roles, or management.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and qualify leads via phone and email
• Present a brief survey and purchase presentation to decision-makers
• Hit realistic activity and sales goals (with ramp-up support)
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a positive, high-energy environment
