Roessel Joy has partnered with a growing manufacturing company on a new Cost Accountant position. The ideal candidate will have a strong cost accounting background, experience working in larger sized companies, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
\n

<li>Set Standard Costs of Operations.</li>
\n
<li>Responsible Inventory valuation and controls.</li>
\n
<li>Value and help to oversee inventory.</li>
\n
<li>Support month-end-close process.</li>
\n
<li>Oversee SOX controls.</li>
\n
<li>Responsible for financial analysis.</li>
\n
<li>Assist in budgeting/ forecasting process.</li>
\n
<li>Provide support to the new ERP system implementation.</li>
\n
<li>Continuously look for ways to improve workflow, efficiency and streamline processes and controls.</li>
\n</ul>

Qualifications:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Bachelor degree.</li>
\n
<li>Cost accounting/manufacturing industry experience.</li>
\n
<li>Experience with a variety of ERP systems.</li>
\n
<li>Strong communication skills.</li>
\n</ul>
