This is an opportunity for a culinary leader who loves fresh seafood, seasonal ingredients, scratch cooking, and developing strong teams.
What We're Looking For
• Proven Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
• Strong background in high-volume, chef-driven or upscale restaurants
• Seafood experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food cost, inventory, ordering, and kitchen operations
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop culinary teams
• Comfortable leading a busy kitchen while maintaining quality and consistency
• Experience with seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership style
• Strong communication and organization skills
