Location- Fairhaven, MA (hybrid - Tue, Wed & Thur in office)

Background- Criminal check & 5 panel drug screen (includes marijuana)

Must haves:

-2+ years of logistics, shipping, import or supply chain experience
\n
-MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
\n
\n
Preferred:
\n
-AGS, Integration Point, OneSource and Warehouse Management System
\n
-Manufacturing industry
\n
\n

Trade Compliance & Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:
\n
Audit and code freight invoices
\n
Audit commercial import documentation
\n
Segregate documents and provide to appropriate stakeholders
\n
Data entry of shipment details
\n
Track and trace international import shipments
\n
Update internal tracker for stakeholders
\n
Strong attention to detail
\n
Highly organized
\n
Auditing skills
\n
Accounting background (helpful but not required)
\n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
\n
\n
Experience:
\n
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).
\n
2+ years of relevant logistics, import and supply chain experience.
\n
AGS, Integration Point, OneSource and Warehouse Management System experience is preferred.
\n
Manufacturing industry is preferred
\n
Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal & external customers.
