Responsibilities:
• Prepare and oversee month-end close procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
• Create and post journal entries to support financial reporting and operational processes.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure alignment between company records and financial institution statements.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial records to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with other departments to support audits and compliance requirements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement accounting best practices to streamline processes.• Proven experience in month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in preparing and posting journal entries.
• Expertise in account reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation practices.
