Job DescriptionOur client in the events and hospitality industry is hosting a high-profile, large-scale event in Boston and is seeking Event Assistants to support guest services during the event. This is a short-term, onsite opportunity ideal for polished, dependable professionals with a hospitality mindset.

7 DAY CONTRACT - JUNE

Responsibilities

  • Open and prepare the designated secured area each morning
  • Ensure the workspace is organized and ready for guests before doors open
  • Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Assist guests with receiving their tickets
  • Locate guest information within the event system and verify eligibility
  • Verify guest identification prior to releasing tickets
  • Follow established protocols for third-party ticket pickup when applicable (training provided)
  • Maintain professionalism at all times, especially during high-volume periods

Required Qualifications

  • Highly professional and polished demeanor; comfortable being client-facing
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Hospitality-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to verify IDs and navigate systems to confirm guest information (primarily Excel-based)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
