Job Title: Manufacturing Technician I (2nd Shift) Londonderry
Shift: 2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm
Job Summary:
Under general supervision test, inspect, troubleshoot, rework, and repair product or related subassemblies to written and/or oral specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
- Responsible for meeting quality, efficiency, and safety requirements and standards.
- Operate, test, calibrate and repair production equipment, products and related subassemblies as required per specifications and document results with operations and engineering
- Reads and interprets schematics and blueprints required to ensure proper calibration of machines
- Ensure that design, implementation, test, and maintenance methods/processes are developed, as well as executed in a manner which supports all company's Quality Standards.
- Performs root cause investigations on systems/subassemblies using basic troubleshooting techniques
- Participating in daily management board
- Comply with 6S
- Conduct inventory transactions
- Report failures via NCE process
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a controlled Clean Room or Dark Room (if applicable)
- Understand and comply with all work safety rules and regulations and GMP guidelines.
- Work on special projects as requested.
- Ability to work overtime to meet production schedule as needed.

- Sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Lifting/moving and carrying products weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration and/or moderate noise levels.
- Exposure to hazardous chemicals or other materials.
- Safety Shoes with Impact and Compression Protection Must be worn.
