We are looking for an experienced line cook to join our dynamic farm to table kitchen team and contribute to our continued success.

The ideal cook will be responsible for:
- preparing and cooking all menu items according to our unique recipes and high standards
- ensuring the ingredients are fresh
- Maintaining a clean work area and make sure that the necessary equipment is readily available.
- Assist in the development of new recipes
- Accommodating customers with food allergies and restrictions
Line / Prep Cook Requirements and Qualifications
- You will need to be detail-oriented
- Able to thrive in the fast-paced environment of our kitchen.
- Excelling in a variety of cooking styles, and techniques
- Knowledge of safety rules and regulations
- Past experience as a line cook is a must
