Job DescriptionOVERVIEWSanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is looking for Secured Storage Transport Drivers/Vault Assistants to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, proactive, and passionate. This role will work to ensure that our products maintain the highest of quality and achieving necessary efficiencies. This person will have to be able to pay attention to detail and safety protocols while on the road.POSITION SUMMARYTransport drivers are responsible for the delivery and collection of Sanctuary product in our own dispensaries as well as wholesale clients. They are to be exemplary representatives of Sanctuary at all times of transport while following company procedures, CCC regulations, as well as all external driving laws pertaining to the state of MA.AVAILABLE SHIFTS:8:00 - 4:30PM | Monday through FridaySALARY:$18.00 starting wageBENEFITS50% discount on productAbility to earn store credit for purchasesHealth, Dental, Vision availableAccident, Illness, Life and pet insurance available at discounted ratesEAP offering legal, financial and mental health counseling at no cost to youFree pizza on Wednesdays in Littleton!Weekly payroll each Friday!Sound healing and yoga classes bi-weekly on site!PTO & PSLOT when availableRESPONSIBILITIES· Must have MA valid driver's license with a clean driving record· Ensure compliance with state regulations and company procedures/policies at all times· Follow all external driving laws in accordance to the state of Massachusetts· Loading and unloading products from van into designated locations using proper handlingprocedures· Ensure products safely arrive at determined destination in a timely manner· Communicate arrival and departure times with transport lead· Maintain a constant attention to detail ensuring all information pertaining to transport paperworkis correct.· Return completed paperwork and payments to transport lead or manager· Accurately document any circumstances that lead to detours during transport· Monitor fuel levels of vans and schedule refilling based on deliveries· Preserve and file all fuel receipts· Establish and maintain professional rapport with dispensary teams as well as wholesale clients· Uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness standards while maintaining an organized workspace insidetransport vans as well as within the work room· Execute any requested maintenance or monitoring of transport van· Perform other duties during non-transport times, including but not limited topackaging/processing product within the department· Must be able to understand and follow work instructions verbal or written· Execute all work tasks with constant sense of urgency· Must have the ability to adapt to change· Maintain a punctual and accurate attendance· Contribute to a professional and enjoyable work environment· Must be able to lift 50lbsREQUIREMENTSComputer experienceHigh School EducationMust be 21 or olderSelf-starting with a proficiency in time managementAble to engage with clients or visitors within the work room, while conveying visions, goals, and standard procedures of department as well as any open questionsProblem solving and critical thinkingAbility to work well in pairsStrong communication skillsAbility to lift 50+ pounds, bend, twist, climb ladders, and drive safelyMust be able to work in an environment with kief in the air.Allergen Information:Please note that this position operates in a facility that processes foods and other products that may contain common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, seeds, dairy, gluten, and other potential allergens.
