Job DescriptionA day in the life
Step onto the floor where custom thermoplastic compounds take shape for medical, regulated, personal care, and other everyday products. As a key contributor, you’ll set up and run blending stations and extrusion lines, verify item and lot numbers, record production data, and keep your area spotless—all while watching quality, throughput, and safety.
Schedule
- 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:00 PM
- Voluntary overtime available
- Shift differentials provided
We also have openings for blending and machine operation on second and third shifts.

What you’ll bringMinimum requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Comfort with basic math
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Accuracy verifying item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities
- Clear, legible documentation on required paperwork
- Commitment to a clean work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attention to your own safety and the safety of others
Advanced skills sought
- Blending operations experience
- Extruder operations
- Troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
- Leadership capability
- Proper and safe fork truck operation
Physical capabilities
- Lift up to 55 lbs
- Stand for prolonged periods
- Comfort climbing, bending, and stretching on a regular basis
