A growing fast-casual restaurant concept specializing in chicken wings, bold sauces, and made-to-order food is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its restaurant operations in Brockton, Massachusetts.

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, from staffing and training to food quality, customer service, inventory, labor management, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient shifts and consistent execution of company standards.
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
Build a strong management team and establish clear expectations for performance and accountability.
Lead by example and remain actively involved in restaurant operations during busy periods.
Ensure food quality, preparation, portioning, presentation, and order accuracy meet established standards.
Maintain food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and health-code compliance.
Manage staffing, scheduling, labor deployment, and productivity to meet business needs.
Monitor sales, labor costs, food costs, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce waste, and control operating expenses.
Oversee inventory management, product ordering, receiving, and stock rotation.
Maintain proper cash-handling procedures and ensure compliance with operational policies.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally while protecting the overall guest experience.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable.
Develop Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers for future management opportunities.
Communicate business results, staffing needs, and operational challenges to leadership.
Create a positive work environment that supports retention, teamwork, and professional growth.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or equivalent restaurant leadership role preferred.
Quick-service or fast-casual restaurant management experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a restaurant team.
Understanding of restaurant financial performance, including sales, labor costs, food costs, and profitability.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make proactive decisions and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, and performance management.
Strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Dependable, accountable, and comfortable holding team members and managers to high standards.
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as business needs require.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $60,000–$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
