Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and text with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing accurate estimates, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Identify sales opportunities and effectively promote our handyman services to potential customers.
  • Schedule service appointments and collaborate with our handyman teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Work closely with technician teams to meet service targets and provide outstanding results.
  • Stay informed about our services, promotions, and policies to relay accurate and helpful information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software (MS Office).
  • A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are valued.
