Inside Sales Representative
Location

<li>Haverhill, MA</li>

Hours:
<ul>
<li>Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm</li>
</ul>
Position Duties:
<ul>
<li>Order entry</li>
<li>Obtaining vendor quotes, checking price and delivery, including special pricing</li>
<li>Quoting customers</li>
<li>Handling the customer return process</li>
<li>Expediting orders</li>
<li>Purchasing parts</li>
<li>Updating the CRM database</li>
<li>Performing research as needed</li>
<li>Customer follow-up</li>
<li>Participation in onsite channel partner seminars</li>
</ul>
Position Requirements:
<ul>
<li>3+ years inside sales/customer service experience in electrical or industrial heating distribution required</li>
<li>Ability to read detailed documents such as specifications and equipment schedules</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel); working knowledge of a CRM database</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills at all levels, internal and external</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Competitive, motivated, solid understanding of sales metrics</li>
<li>Creativity and ability to convey and sell new ideas</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills preferred</li>
</ul>
Pay Rate:
<ul>
<li>$25 - 30/ hour – Depending in Experience</li>
</ul>
