Job DescriptionMachine Operator | $17-$19/hr + Built-In Overtime Every Week

Location: Acton, MA
Pay: $17-$19 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Overtime: Approximately 20 hours of overtime built into your schedule each week
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor large-scale manufacturing equipment
- Load, inspect, and process materials throughout production
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Complete production documentation and reports
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, warehouse, or general labor roles
- Ability to work safely around industrial machinery
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout a 12-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
