Delivering Solutions that Matter:Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus, therapeutic diet requirements, and approved food safety and sanitation standards, including alternative meal selections when needed. Review menus before food preparation, ensure ingredients and supplies are available for upcoming meals, and help maintain a clean, organized food storage area. Follow all safety regulations, infection control practices, and sanitary procedures throughout food preparation and kitchen operations.
