Location: Salem, NH
Pay Rate: $22 - $23 per hour (Based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Imaging Specialist to join our hands-on team in Salem, NH. This position plays a vital role in the success of our company and its customers by performing technical tasks including imaging, troubleshooting, and provisioning of devices. The ideal candidate will have strong computer knowledge, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately image devices based on customer build sheets at scale
- Perform technical imaging, reimaging, and deployment of systems and peripherals
- Triage and resolve device technical support issues; maintain proper documentation
- Log warranty repair tickets with vendors such as Lenovo, Dell, and HP
- Manage inventory related to imaging and device provisioning
- Assist in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and best practices
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service oriented with ability to resolve complex issues
- Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks
- Team-oriented with effective conflict resolution skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across the organization
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with PCs, desktops, workstations, laptops, and related peripherals
- Familiarity with device provisioning and imaging processes
- Experience with client/server environments is a plus
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSE are preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, sit, stand, use hands, reach with arms, and climb or balance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., laptops, PCs, equipment)
- Comfortable standing for extended periods during the workday
