Production Manager
Location: New Hampshire
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate workflow and material movement to ensure production schedules are met.
  • Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing requirements, making adjustments as needed to address changes, delays, or material shortages.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, vendors, and customers to resolve operational issues and maintain production efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, production commitments, and delivery timelines to support business objectives.
  • Promote and enforce workplace safety standards, support employee engagement, and coordinate training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Production Manager or related manufacturing leadership role.
  • Working knowledge of MRP systems and computer-based production planning tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
