As a Shower Door Specialist, you'll be the trusted resource customers turn to when creating or upgrading their bathroom spaces. You'll combine sales, product knowledge, customer service, and project coordination to help customers find the perfect solution from start to finish.
Your day may include:
- Building customer relationships and providing a professional, personalized experience from the initial inquiry through project completion.
- Following up on quotes and opportunities in a timely manner to help turn customer interest into completed projects.
- Selling and educating customers on shower door products, styles, materials, hardware, and installation options.
- Guiding customers through their options and providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Preparing and placing product orders and ensuring materials are available when needed.
- Coordinating with vendors to source materials, confirm availability, resolve issues, and issue purchase orders.
- Working closely with installation teams and office staff to keep projects organized and moving forward.
- Reviewing project details and identifying changes or potential issues before they impact the customer or installation team.
- Communicating project updates, changes, and expectations clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Maintaining accurate quotes, orders, customer information, and project details.
- Providing exceptional customer service while representing the Portland Glass brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Comfortable using computers, office phones, and other technology.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and installation teams.
- Ability to follow company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
- 1+ year of customer service experience required.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of shower doors and bathroom glass products.
- Previous glass industry experience.
- 2–3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in home improvement, construction, remodeling, or a related industry.
- Experience working with vendors, purchase orders, quotes, or project coordination.

Competitive Pay: Based on experience.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime opportunities available.
