We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to assemble, solder, and inspect electronic products and circuit board assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble electronic components and sub assemblies according to work instructions, assembly drawings and schematics.
Perform hand soldering (through-hole and surface mount).
Able to solder and rework SMT components.
Performs on-line go-no-go testing and inspection, using magnifying devices, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment, to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
Meet production schedules while maintaining quality.
Maintain clean and organized workstations following ESD and safety requirements.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
EQUIPMENT USED FOR JOBS:
Hand tools - screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, forming tools, soldering iron etc.
Engraver.
Water Test Tank.
Microscope.
Glue Dispensing Station.
Ultrasonic Welder.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
EXPERIENCE: 1 -2 years Electronic assembly experience is desired.
