Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Hospital
Location: Brockton, MA
Salary: $28.50-$55.00/hour
Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday-Friday
Sign-On Bonus: May be offered (to be discussed during interview)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated LICSW to provide comprehensive assessments and treatment coordination for patients affected by mental illness, behavioral disturbances, or substance abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mental health assessments for adolescents and adults
• Assist with voluntary and emergency psychiatric admissions
• Coordinate inpatient admissions and refer to appropriate outpatient programs
• Support families and law enforcement during the admission process
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• Participate in community relations and continuous quality improvement

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts LICSW required
• Masters degree in Social Work required
• Minimum 2+ years of psychiatric experience required
• Experience with both adolescent and adult patient populations
