NOW HIRING: Laser Punch Combo SET-UP OPERATOR – AMADA EXPERIENCE A PLUS
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $25hr–$33hr (Top talent paid at the high end)
Type: Temp-to-Perm or Direct Hire
Location: Local, stable manufacturer with year-round work

If you know how to set up a Laser/Punch Combo (Amada preferred), we want to talk to you immediately. This role is critical to production—and you’ll be treated like the expert you are.
This is not a basic operator job. We’re looking for someone who can:
✔ Own the setups
✔ Dial in tooling and programs
✔ Run high-precision sheet metal parts
✔ Troubleshoot and keep production moving
What You’ll Do:
- Perform full setups on laser/punch combo machines
- Run production parts to print and maintain tight tolerances
- Read blueprints and job travelers
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Adjust tooling, parameters, and machine settings
- Inspect first-article and in-process parts
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting
- Keep a clean, safe, organized work area

What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with Laser/Punch Combo machines (Amada preferred)
- Strong setup skills — this is the #1 requirement
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and precision inspection tools
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for a full shift
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and mechanically skilled
