Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
- Strong prospecting skills and ability to meet/exceed activity and revenue goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking activity and managing pipelines
- Ability to calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and margins accurately
Must Haves:
- Execute daily prospecting activities (calls, emails, in-person visits, mailers) to secure appointments
- Conduct building surveys and prepare detailed proposals for managed janitorial services
- Manage all steps of the sales process, from survey through proposal delivery and follow-up
- Prepare and present quarterly territory plans to sales leadership
- Maintain detailed, accurate CRM records after every prospect interaction
- Conduct weekly territory planning and participate in required meetings and training sessions
