Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to meet/exceed activity and revenue goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking activity and managing pipelines
  • Ability to calculate rates, ratios, percentages, and margins accurately

Must Haves:

  • Execute daily prospecting activities (calls, emails, in-person visits, mailers) to secure appointments
  • Conduct building surveys and prepare detailed proposals for managed janitorial services
  • Manage all steps of the sales process, from survey through proposal delivery and follow-up
  • Prepare and present quarterly territory plans to sales leadership
  • Maintain detailed, accurate CRM records after every prospect interaction
  • Conduct weekly territory planning and participate in required meetings and training sessions
