Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups who are dealing with various mental health challenges such as grief, anxiety, and depression.
- Create personalized treatment plans based on thorough client assessments, maintaining a focus on each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.
- Engage in regular case consultations with a remote, multidisciplinary team to optimize client outcomes and ensure holistic care.
- Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and best practices for patient confidentiality.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your primary focus will be on supporting clients within a hospice care framework. This involves working closely with families who are navigating complex emotions related to terminal illness and loss. Qualifications\n

- A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current and active LICSW licensure in Massachusetts.
- A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating the ability to effectively assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions.
- Strong skills in assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
