Job Description

1. CPA Certification – Mandatory.
2. 10+ years of Public Accounting experience – Preferably in a CPA firm environment.
3. Tax Management & Review Experience

• Review of complex tax returns and workpapers.
• Managing multiple tax engagements.

1. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Manage existing book of business.

1. Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise, mentor, and train staff.
• Oversee engagement teams and resource planning.

1. Tax Research & Technical Expertise

• Strong federal and state tax knowledge.
• Ability to conduct complex tax research.
