- CPA Certification – Mandatory.
- 10+ years of Public Accounting experience – Preferably in a CPA firm environment.
- Tax Management & Review Experience
- Review of complex tax returns and workpapers.
- Managing multiple tax engagements.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Manage existing book of business.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise, mentor, and train staff.
- Oversee engagement teams and resource planning.
- Tax Research & Technical Expertise
- Strong federal and state tax knowledge.
- Ability to conduct complex tax research.
