Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle registration and documentation processes accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with various office management duties to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
- Coordinate with team members and external agencies for timely processing of paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to vehicle inventory and sales.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in office management, clerical work, or automotive registration is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
