As Financial Center Manager, you'll be responsible for branch performance, team development, business growth, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance while serving as an ambassador for Ledyard Bank in the local community. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred), a minimum of five years of sales and service management experience in a goal-driven environment, and a proven track record of coaching teams, building client relationships, and achieving business objectives.
