The Shipping & Receiving Lead oversees all shipping and receiving operations to ensure accurate and timely handling of inventory and shipments. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient warehouse workflows, supervising staff, and coordinating logistics to support company distribution goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
- Ensure accuracy and proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Manage inventory control and stock organization within the warehouse
- Oversee team performance and provide training and support as needed
- Collaborate with carriers and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
