Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying both strengths and areas for improvement.

- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.
- Create, implement, and update treatment plans that align with clients' goals, ensuring thorough monitoring of progress.
- Achieve optimal client outcomes through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Deliver crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and formulating safety plans for at-risk individuals.
- Advocate for clients’ rights, linking them with vital community resources, and providing ongoing case management support.
