Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
• Support the culinary team during meal service by ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a healthy kitchen environment.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to learn and take direction from the culinary team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
