Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Occasional overtime may be required based on production demands.

What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality printed circuit boards by:
- Operating UV light imaging equipment, laser direct imaging systems, developing machines, and baking ovens
- Setting up, inspecting, and registering photo tools for accurate production
- Following work instructions and manufacturing specifications to expose, develop, and prepare materials for the etching process
- Reading and applying customer-specific and production instructions
- Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Reporting defective materials, equipment malfunctions, or production issues to department leadership
- Performing routine machine maintenance and following all safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided for motivated candidates.
