Production Supervisor: 2nd shift

Job Summary: Supervises all aspects of 2nd shift staff and functions.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Supervises and coordinates the work of employees in all 2nd shift production areas.
• Prepares work schedules and delegates workflow.
• Ensures all production output is in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
• Monitors and evaluates production records and reports findings to management.
• May assist with training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgement.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required;
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferably in electronics and electro-mechanical contract manufacturing.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
