We are seeking an experienced Controller to join a highly successful, privately held company with approximately $10 million in annual revenue. This is a unique opportunity to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and play a key role in the Company’s next phase of growth.

The Controller will lead and personally execute key aspects of the Company’s financial operations. This is an ideal role for a hands-on finance leader who can move comfortably between the details of accounting and the broader business, while helping build the processes and infrastructure needed to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly close, financial reporting, GL, and account reconciliations
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
- Strengthen financial controls, processes, and reporting
- Provide financial insight and decision support to the CEO
- Help build the financial infrastructure to support the Company’s continued growth
- Oversee revenue recognition, project accounting, A/R, A/P, billing, collections, and payroll

Experience with a family-owned, entrepreneurial, construction, manufacturing, specialty contracting, or project-based business is a plus.
