Building Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Monadnock Region Organization is seeking a full-time Building Facilities and Maintenance Manager. Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the safety and proper operation of residential properties.
Previous experience in maintenance, construction, facilities, or a related field is preferred. Must have knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
